Friday link roundup 5/1

Every found it challenging to put words to an experience or emotion? A graphic designer and editor found a solution and made up his own.

And that reminded me of something I read a few months ago about words in different languages to describe certain emotions.  A chart of emotions that have no name in the English language.

About a robot programmed to review art.

When I want to read an inspiring quote alongside pretty art, I often go to bonesigharts.com.   On the front page, they define a “bone sigh” as “an understanding and connection of the heart that is bone deep and soul wide expressed in words
and color; a gift one buys for oneself or another to help heal and remember.”  Spearheaded by Terri St. Cloud, they have everything from e-cards to prints to bumper stickers.  I have the “Honor Yourself” one on my car.
